We've had a lovely week winding down in the forest before our break! It has been quite a lot milder than the previous week which has been ideal for the creepy crawlies, bugs and insects! We have taken the opportunity to go on bug hunts, using our magnifying glass and identifying bigger and smaller animals! This has been a great segway into discussing how to use gentle hands and controlled movements!
Putney Heath - Stars, Bread and Ho Ho Ho
Twickenham - Full of Fun and a Few Mince Pies!
Wandsworth - Christmas Show and Disco!
Wimbledon - Adventure Walks, Climbing and Christmas Decoration Making!
Chiswick - It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Fulham - Christmas Crafts & Father Christmas
Morden - Playing in the snow!
The children arrived on Monday to a wonderful snowy scene. We used a brick press to fill with snow to make ice bricks to use for construction of igloos, snow walls and houses! We all practised some wonderful turn taking and patience & worked together as a terrific team to build our marvellous constructions!
