Well, this weekend was the long awaited Nursery World Awards! It was a fabulous event and we were delighted to be recognised in such a large industry such as the early years to be one of the industry leaders.

What a week! Our children have been incredible during our last week of term! We headed inside the Education Centre when the temperature was high and spent most of the time having water play and visiting the sprinklers!
What an exciting week it has been here in Putney Heath. Starting off the week with some very hot weather, the children engaged in a LOT of water play to help keep them and their educators cool.
We had some really hot days this week and to help us with the hot weather we had a lot of fun getting the hose pipe out and having some water play time.
The beginning of the week saw some of the hottest temperatures recorded, which called for a variety of carefully planned activities and with the precise high level of care we typically espouse, little ones were well supported to regulate and remain as happy as possible.
We’ve had a lovely week in the forest! Spending the mornings in the gardens enjoying water games and sprinklers and going to the education centre in the afternoons to cool down was the perfect balance
The sun has truly come out to say hello this week. While we love seeing our gorgeous meadow and forest grow it has meant that we need to find plenty of ways to keep cool.
This Monday we celebrated Independence Day by colouring in pictures of American wildlife, and then crafting and constructing picture frames using colourful ribbons and sticks!
This week, what started as a bit of a whirlwind, ended feeling like a gentle whirlpool.. We were based at our bowling club site this week, a routine and environment very different from what some of our children are used to.
This week at Wimbledon we have loved using the face paints! Our amazing practitioners have been making the children into an assortment of different creatures from tigers, to clowns to mermaids
