Twickenham - Terrific Transportation!

Hello everyone! This week in Twickenham, we have been travelling to different places with all kinds of transportation!

We started our week happily sailing a pirate ship made from crates and planks searching for treasures around the world. But oh no! Laser robots came to attack the pirate ship and chop it in half! Luckily, lifeguard floats made from tyres and surf boards made from old chopping boards are readily available to save the pirates from the big, crashing waves!

The next days, we rode cars made from cardboard boxes and travelled around the city with our trusty cut-out steering wheel. We went on a road trip on planks of wood decorated with white broken lines, resembling the road surface. We all made sure to follow traffic rules and check the speed limit posted as we turn in each street to keep us safe.

As we travelled in outer space with our plastic colander as our space suit helmet, we surprisingly came across a marshmallow factory, where a black water pipe was used as the marshmallow machine. Wooden discs of wood were placed in it and magically popped out as yummy and fluffy marshmallows!

Our Little Forest Folk-ers are definitely never short of imaginative plot twists and turns to build up the narrative of their role-play! We can’t wait to witness what creative stories the following week will bring! Have a great weekend everyone and see you soon!
