Short & Sweet
Welcoming the children back and seeing all their familiar and beautiful faces has brought about a lot of appreciation and love for us all! We have been sharing all our Santa stories with our friends and news of all that he delivered to us as we fell asleep with empty stockings and arose with them full of joy.
Our favourite swing is back in our tree stump camp and the queues have been longer with high demand to shoot up into the sky.
We have taken some time this week to explore our emotions and adapting the colour monster to colour monster houses which we decorated with all the colours of the rainbow, expressing all emotions are present and welcomed.
Another popular activity this week has been cooking up some rather yummy moist chocolate muffins and cupcakes and building Lego castles.
Experiencing the forest with our senses is a must and this week we have been feeling the rainbow with our colourful foam paper.
Time doesn’t limit what we can do, how much we can squeeze into one day is always a question with an expanding answer.
Have a beautiful weekend easing back into routine! Take one day at a time and find the beauty in simplicity and find it is not just simple but truly amazing, for example our breath and heartbeat keep going without any conscious effort.
