Well, what a week we have had! It started off with a beautifully magical forest covered in snow which the children were fascinated by.
Wandsworth - flurry of fabulous snowy stories
Wimbledon - Walking in a Winter Wonderland
Chiswick - Winter's bliss!
Fulham - slippy mud and squashy puddles
Putney Heath - teamwork and collaboration
Twickenham - bubbly mud pies
Wandsworth - Chestnut leaves
Wimbledon - Slides and mud-the best combination
You will always hear the sound of children’s laughter in our forest, no matter what the weather is like. There have been days this week that have been rainy, some windy, and we even had the luck of some blue sky and sunshine, but it doesn’t matter to our Little Forest Folk-ers because they make the best out of whatever the weather throws at them.
Chiswick - Four seasons in one week!
Fulham - Mud, mud and more mud!
Putney Heath - Water and Mud
Wandsworth - Wellyfish
This week has been rather tropical compared to the last and everyone has made great use of the exceptionally deep, spectacularly wide and thoroughly long puddles! Fishing rods always make an appearance in this weather, and recently “sneaky sharks”, “wellyfish” and “goldfish” have been caught, announced with glee when a stick manages to hook up a leaf!
