What another fun week we’ve had in the forest! The weather has certainly changed its mind a lot this week, but that hasn’t stopped us from getting stuck into loads of exciting activities!
Our mud kitchen has been bustling with activity this week, and with thanks to the extra rain we’ve had, there’s certainly been plenty of supply to keep everyone entertained! We have had some awesome creations appear throughout the week including the addition of foam, sticks and stones to make ‘pancakes and pizza’ – yum!
It's also so wonderful to see our little adventurers’ independence grow, as well as their empathy for others. We’ve seen a lot of our Little Forest Folk-ers helping each other to wash hands, climb safely and explore this week, which has brought a real sense of community to our little forest camp.
One of our favourite activities has also been using our puppet theatre to create some highly entertaining performances! We had all of our favourite animal puppets involved, and our little explorers all had a wonderful time creating stories based around the emotions that the characters were feeling.
What a great week we’ve had, we hope you all have a restful weekend and can’t wait for more adventures next week!
