Chiswick - Tasty treats, traps, and treasure!

Tasty treats, traps, and treasure!

An amazing addition to our forest this week was the presence of our lovely parents, as they adorned their raincoats and welly boots and joined us in the forest to play with their adventurers.

Together, we got our craft on and made leaf dream catchers, PawPatrol inspired helicopter stories, playdoh, and origami paper planes. In our Wildfire cooking this week, we made tasty mini beasts using oatcakes, hummus, shortbread, chocolate spread and fruit! YUM.

Chiswick’s Little Forest Folk-ers have been practicing phonic sounds and our camp has been full of phonic chants like “ants on my arm, -a -a -a ants on my arm!”

It’s a trap! Sneaky adventurers made traps with pulley systems to capture their educators, camouflaging them with natural resources and lots of brown paint!

We hope you have a restful weekend ahead of you!

Joke of the week: what do you call a magical dog?
A LABRACADABRADOR!
