Greetings Wonderful Families,
It's been another splendid week at Little Forest Folk Chiswick, where our little explorers have been immersed in a world of colours, creativity, and the wonders of nature. Let's jump into the vibrant moments we've shared.
Colours of Nature: This week, we've been on a colourful adventure, exploring the shades and hues of nature. Our theme centred on colours, and our curious minds dove into the enchanting world of colour mixing. Through captivating experiments, we discovered how to combine different colours to create brand-new shades. It's been a hands-on journey through the rainbow!
Expressive Clay Faces: In our creative endeavours, we've been moulding clay into beautiful faces, all while exploring emotions and facial expressions. Using natural materials, we've crafted these unique clay faces that vividly express a wide range of feelings. It's not just art; it's a journey into the depths of emotion.
Autumn's Arrival: As autumn paints our forest with rich hues of red, orange, and gold, we've been busy collecting the treasures it brings. We've turned these natural wonders into learning tools, practising our maths skills through sorting, counting, and solving simple equations. Learning can be a walk in the woods!
Playful Playdough: Our love for playdough continues to flourish, as we create delectable desserts for our beloved mud kitchen shop. The joy of shaping and moulding this versatile material sparks creativity, fine motor skills, and endless imaginative culinary delights.
Each day at Little Forest Folk is a kaleidoscope of experiences, learning, and discovery, and we're grateful to share these moments with your children. Thank you for being a part of our vibrant world.
