This week has been an amazing one.

We have been looking at the Heatham House chickens and learning all about them. The children loved watching our feathered friends and finding out lots of fun facts about them! We also used building blocks to make different shapes.

As this week is Afternoon Tea week, we had some mint tea, made freshly in the forest. It was delicious! We also used the left-over mint tea leaves to make a freshly-scented dinosaur land.

Another activity that we took part in was leaf and berry printing on a cloth aswell as making drawings of our emotions. It is so important for our Little Forest Folk-ers to feel safe to express themselves and also recognise their friends' emotions.

We have had a lovely week and we cannot wait to see what next week brings!
