Fulham - Wonderful Water Play

Hello everyone,

We had such a fun week in the forest chasing sprinklers in the walled garden and visiting the water tap to play ‘What’s the time Mr Wolf?’ to stay cool! And when it was time for a bath… nobody got away in time before the water hit!

We decided it was high time to go fishing and so we did! Using a pair of tweezers, we went about collecting different sea creatures. Taking it a step further, some decided they needed to record their catches and drew them. When we’d had enough of our fishing expedition, we used the water to create our own rainfall.

We even decided to create our own stories using our wonderful story boards. Unfortunately, many houses were flooded in the process… but they were saved by the sun! Finally, we tried our hand at some wonderful maths sums. Concluding that 2 + 1 = MATHS!!!

The children had a fabulous time in the Ed centre on Friday. They played with the puzzles, blocks, magnetic numbers, and drawing. It was a lovely calm and relaxing environment, albeit different from our brilliant forest, the children had a great time!

Have a great weekend everyone!
