We have had so much fun this week and so many fond memories have been made!
We have had such a variety of activities this week, our giant swing with the extra big twister mode! The super slack line, higher and longer than before. Even the hammock made an appearance later in the week where our friends laid down and wrapped up pretending to be in cocoons.
We have been singing our ABC’s, dancing around the forest, working together to build rafts and even made paper boats! The face paints have come out this week and the children all patiently waited until it was their turn, you could hear them talking and deciding what they would like to get painted.
We have also been exploring our senses and identifying what we can sense on camp, from the sound of different musical instruments to the feel of our fluffy friends.
Saint Patricks Day was this Thursday where the forest became even more green than before, we didn’t think this was possible, but it was by colouring in our huge shamrocks!
We shall be keeping our eagle eyes open for eggs in the nests by the pond and new winged visitors, to witness and welcome them into our forest
Self love idea; having a bath or even a shower if short on time, with some background meditation music or affirmations can make that time a little more cleansing not just for your body but also your soul.
