With Mother's Day just around the corner, we've been busy little bees crafting beautiful cards adorned with real flowers and grass. Our little artists drew hearts and with a little assistance, spelled out their names to ensure Mum knows it's from them!
🚀 Loose Parts Fun:
Ahoy, mateys! Our forest transformed into a bustling pirate ship where brave adventurers walked the plank and sailed through imaginative seas on a fire engine. With obstacle courses galore, we dodged lava pits like true champions!
🌟 Flying High on the Swing:
Witness the magic as our little helpers eagerly assisted in setting up our swing. With bated breath, they watched as ropes were thrown over branches and logs secured for safety. Then, with giggles and joy, they soared high among the trees, taking turns with the help of our trusty hourglass and checklist.
🎨 Mud Painting Extravaganza:
Who needs traditional paints when you have mud? Our budding artists unleashed their creativity on a giant white cloth, painting mesmerizing patterns and strokes with their homemade mud paint. The results? Simply stunning!
🍽️ Mud Kitchen Delights:
Our forest chefs whipped up delectable treats in our mud kitchen using tree bark money and forest finds. From savoury tomato soup to mouth-watering pizzas and fluffy pancakes, they served up culinary masterpieces fit for royalty. The cashiers even added a sprinkle of friendliness to each transaction!
💫 Fine Motor Skills at Work:
With nimble fingers and creative minds, our little ones dove into threading beads onto pipe cleaners. From charming bracelets to adorable tiny dolls, their creations were a testament to their skills and imagination!
📚 World Book Day Celebration:
Our forest was brimming with literary magic as we celebrated World Book Day! Children donned enchanting costumes, embodying their favourite characters like Elsa and Little Red Riding Hood.
📖 Story Sharing Circle:
Nestled in our trusty log circle, children brought forth their favourite books, eager to share their cherished tales. Together, we embarked on literary adventures, exploring imagination and sparking lively discussions.
