Chiswick - Self Care, The Royal Way!

We hope this newsletter finds you well and that you have all managed to enjoy some of the sunshine that's been making an appearance over the past week.

With the upcoming coronation this weekend, our little explorers were feeling very regal. To celebrate, we decided to create crowns fit for a king or queen! Using natural materials like leaves and twigs, we stamped and cut shapes to create beautiful crowns. To add a touch of glamour, we added some sparkly jewels to our creations.

We also tried out some new and different painting techniques this week. Our little artists experimented with fabric paints, creating unique designs on different fabrics. The results were truly spectacular! We can't wait to see what other creative ideas they'll come up with.

As always, we made sure to take some time for self-care in our wellness area. Our little ones used pretend face care to do skin care routines and treat themselves like royalty. It's never too early to start taking care of ourselves!

Our little explorers also enjoyed self-face painting this week. Using their fingers, they painted their own faces with different colours and designs. It was so much fun that we decided to take it a step further and turn ourselves into jungle animals roaring around! The results were amazing, and we were all impressed with the creativity on display.

Finally, continuing the animal theme, we indulged in some role play. Our little adventurers let their imaginations run wild as they pretended to be different animals, learning about their behaviours and habitats. We always encourage our little ones to explore their creativity and imaginations, and this activity definitely did just that.

We hope you enjoyed reading about our latest adventures in the great outdoors, we can’t wait to see what next week has in store!
