Another fabulous week in the forest and the variety of weather conditions has sparked a variety of play!
We started off the week experimenting with pipettes, using them in our mud kitchen and then made an incredible discovery of how fast they can shoot out water! This gave our Little Forest Folk-ers the idea of having a water fight, helping them to cool down in the spring sunshine.
Mid-week, the children enjoyed singing their favourite songs along with a new one called “Mr Clicketty Cane” which they cannot get enough of at the moment!
Our little ones then transformed into little archaeologists and began searching our beautiful forest for various dinosaur bones! Once found, the children fed them back to the big hungry T-rex, roaaarrrrr.
Towards the end of the week our children enjoyed their own photo shoots as our lovely photographer Emma came into the forest capturing beautiful shots amongst the rhododendrons!
Have a lovely weekend all!
