This week we were super happy to welcome back our sessional children! Reunited all the children had a wonderful time together tackling some new challenges.
At camp, we had a rope bridge that the children had to climb up onto and carefully walk over, stepping on each branch and using the safety rope to steady themselves. Under the bridge each time there were different creatures that made the journey all the more frightening!
After challenging themselves physically the children also enjoyed some musical challenges. This week we learnt some new songs! We learnt ‘Mr Clicketty Cane’, ‘Riding on a train’, ‘Bananas of the world… unite’, and we are all starting to learn the words to ‘We don’t talk about Bruno!’
The children have been very good at learning the actions and many of the children already know most of the words too!
