As the end of the school holiday approaches and the beginning of our first ever term at Little Forest Folk Chiswick begins, we are delighted to confirm our timetable for afternoon classes at Little Forest Folk Chiswick.
All classes take place from 4.30pm Monday to Friday and are free of charge for all full day children. We believe that after a full day in the forest, it's nice for children to have more guided activities when they return to the Piccolo Play Centre so we will look forward to learning about the following:
Monday: Tools, technology & coding
Tuesday: Music & free expression
Wednesday: Cookery class - we cook our own dinner!
Thursday: Spanish
Friday: Art & creative design
Cubetto in the forest :-)
Featuring in our Monday classes will be Cubetto, our fabulous wooden robot who is designed to offer young children the opportunity to learn the mindset behind coding.
On Tuesdays we look forward to lots of song, dance and free expression.
Our cookery classes in Wimbledon are one of the favourite activities of the week. We look forward to engaging the children in learning about healthy food whilst they sample and cook their own dinner and pudding each week.
With 3 Spanish teachers, we can't help but teach the children Spanish throughout our days in the forest but this will be a chance to practice our favourite Spanish songs and learn some new words through play.
Fridays are all a chance to let our creative juices flow with art projects. Expect to have some wonderful works of art coming home with your little ones on Friday.
